Group B, led by AbdulRoheem Fatimah and Ogunkunle Abdul Salam, presented and defended their report of the minutes with confidence and accuracy.
The group displayed strong organizational skills, good mastery of report writing, and effective collaboration among members. Their presentation was clear and engaging, reflecting a sound understanding of secretarial duties and contributing meaningfully to the success of the exercise.
Group A, led by Ademola Faruq and Abdul Hameed Amotu-Rasaq, confidently defended the report of the minutes before all present.

CLASS PRESENTATION ON REPORT WRITING BY SSC 2
A class presentation on Report Writing was organized by the SSC 2 students of Fadl-i-Omar Model College, grouped into Group A and Group B, at the School Auditorium on Friday, 6th February, 2026. The presentation was designed to equip students with practical secretarial skills, particularly in minute writing, documentation, and oral defence, thereby preparing them to function effectively as outstanding secretaries in any organisation both within and outside the school environment. Each group conducted a mock meeting, after which individual members were invited to present and defend the minutes of the meeting they recorded. The students demonstrated confidence, accuracy, teamwork, and a sound understanding of report-writing techniques. Every member of both groups delivered an impressive and commendable performance. The exercise was supervised by the facilitator, Mr. Bantefa S.A, in the presence of the SSC 2 class teacher, Mr. Kushimo A.R, alongside the Senior Prefect Boy and Senior Prefect Girl, whose attendance further encouraged the students. The presentation was interactive, vibrant, and intellectually stimulating, offering the students an opportunity to learn through practice. It also served as a valuable point of reference for students aspiring to leadership and administrative roles. Indeed, the event stands as a notable academic achievement recorded in the history of the school.The programme ended with constructive feedback, corrections, and professional guidance from the facilitator. The students accepted the corrections with enthusiasm and showed willingness to improve, marking the presentation as both successful and impactful.
